- A subcommittee of the Area Committee. Reviews proposed agenda items for their impact on the Area budget.
- Assists the Area Treasurer in preparing the annual budget.
- A subcommittee of the Area Committee. Responsible for soliciting and evaluating bid proposals from hotels interested in hosting Area 51 events.
- A subcommittee of the Area Committee. Responsible for maintaining the AANorthCarolina.org web site according to policies approved by the Area 51 Assembly.
- Fully responsible for planning the annual North Carolina State Convention.
